How long is shipping?
Shipping is free on every US order — no minimum. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, and most arrive in about 2 weeks after shipping (please allow up to 3). You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Shipping policy
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return items for a full refund. If something arrives damaged or wrong, we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. Refund policy
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify's encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet — we currently ship to US addresses only.
How do I use my discount code?
Enter COZY10 in the discount code box at checkout and click Apply. Your 10% off shows up before you pay.
Can I send a gift straight to someone?
Yes — just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.
