1. Overview

This website is operated by Wick & Woven. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Pricing

All products are listed in USD. We work hard to display our products and prices accurately, but occasional errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product errors, and to cancel any order affected by such an error, with a full refund.

3. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if an item is out of stock, if pricing was listed in error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

4. Shipping

We offer FREE US shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase. Estimated delivery is 3–12 business days from the date your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — delays caused by carriers, weather, or high seasonal volume are outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery by the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at support@wickandwoven.com. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct — but return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return.

6. Discount Codes

Discount codes (including COZY10) are subject to the following: one code per order, codes cannot be combined, and we may modify or revoke any code or promotion at any time without notice.

7. Product Descriptions and Images

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, and minor variations between product photos and the received item can occur.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Wick & Woven and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses
